5:00	Opening Ceremony
5:15	5K Walk & Family Bike Ride: 45 minutes
6:10	Men 4/5: 35 minutes, plus 2 laps
6:55	Women's Open: 30 minutes, plus 2 laps
7:35	Men 3/Master's (35 plus): 40 minutes, plus 3 laps
8:25	Men P/1/2/3: 50 minutes, plus 3 laps
9:45	Awards Ceremony

 

 Pre-Registration April 21st-23rd 9AM - 4PM at the American Lung Association, 4141 Pinnacle, Suite 212 or Register Online Now

• Cyclists who register for the event online need to bring their USA Cycling Membership License and I.D. card to the registration table the day of the event.
  
• Race runs rain or shine - no refunds
  
• Rules of USA Cycling www.usacycling.org govern event

• Annual license purchasers must show USAC or reciprocal license at registration to race upgraded category
  
• Racers without proof of category will be Cat 5 Mens or Cat 4 Womens
